New Business Processes

Great news - the Bag People business continues to grow!

Firstly; a big Thank-You to our customers because without you, nothing would be possible.

Secondly; we've introduced a number of business processes to allow us to continue delivering our superb quality products & outstanding customer service.

The front line is our new website; the design & layout has not changed much, but the back-end management & functionality has been greatly improved.

It is as easy to use as ever & now we've made sure that all information is easy to find (all within 2 clicks).

We've also simplified a lot of the details.

There's a lot more "stuff" in the back room, but it's all pretty boring.
